Privacy policy

What we collect

Free HD Wallpapers does not ask you to create an account, and we do not store names, email addresses or passwords because we never ask for them. We do not build profiles of individual visitors.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamp — for security and troubleshooting. Those logs are the only visitor data we hold.

Cookies and advertising

The site displays advertising provided by Adsterra and, depending on the configuration, Monetag. Advertising partners — including the networks we work with — may set cookies or use similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Their use of that data is governed by their own privacy policies.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the advertising script loads only after you have interacted with the page or after a short delay, and you can opt out of personalised advertising through the standard industry controls such as your browser settings or the Your Online Choices page.

Third-party content

Photographs on Free HD Wallpapers are sourced from Wikimedia Commons and are hotlinked from our own domain, never from a third-party server. The original source page is always linked, and the licence of each image is displayed on its detail page.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will answer within thirty days. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
