Attributed to Anton Graff - Portrait of a Man… lion wallpaper Full HD

This is Attributed to Anton Graff - Portrait of a Man…, a epic lion wallpaper built around charcoal and charcoal tones. The frame is composed for 4:5, which is why it reads well on desktop without pushing the subject out of shot.

Everything you can see is part of the original file: 1785 × 2223 pixels in JPG (5.8 MB). Nothing is upscaled, and the colours were sampled straight from the picture, so what you download is what you saw in the grid.

The palette leans towards charcoal and charcoal, and that makes it easy to build an interface around it. A wildlife documentary title card works particularly well here, because the tones never fight with whatever you put in front of them.

How to use it

To use it, download the file, open it on your device and choose the option to set it as the background. If your system crops the edges, use the 4:5 version from the collection or turn the zoom off so the full frame stays visible.

Small details that help

• If you use it on a laptop, dim the desktop icons slightly; a busy wallpaper competes with small text more than with large text.
• In a video call, this works well as a virtual background if you keep the subject clear of the frame edges.
• Add it as a calendar or task widget background if your device allows it, so the picture carries a reminder as well.

What you get

The download is a 1785 × 2223 JPG image in 4:5 ratio (5.8 MB). Use it on a desktop, print it at up to A4 (210 × 297 mm), or crop it for a post: the source resolution gives you room to crop without losing quality.
