Joan Llimona - Woman Lying Down - Google Art… cat wallpaper Full HD

This is Joan Llimona - Woman Lying Down - Google Art…, a dramatic cat wallpaper built around sand and olive tones. The frame is composed for 4:3, which is why it reads well on tablet without pushing the subject out of shot.

Everything you can see is part of the original file: 1920 × 1445 pixels in JPG (1.3 MB). Nothing is upscaled, and the colours were sampled straight from the picture, so what you download is what you saw in the grid.

The palette leans towards sand and olive, and that makes it easy to build an interface around it. A laptop that greets you every morning works particularly well here, because the tones never fight with whatever you put in front of them.

How to use it

To use it, download the file, open it on your device and choose the option to set it as the background. If your system crops the edges, use the 4:3 version from the collection or turn the zoom off so the full frame stays visible.

Styling tips

• In a video call, this works well as a virtual background if you keep the subject clear of the frame edges.
• Pair it with a low-contrast wallpaper on your phone so that app icons remain readable over the busiest part of the image.
• If you use it on a laptop, dim the desktop icons slightly; a busy wallpaper competes with small text more than with large text.

Download options

You get a 1920 × 1445 JPG file (4:3, 1.3 MB). It is large enough for a tablet screen and for printing up to 8 × 10 in, and it is compressed for the web so that it still loads quickly on a mobile connection.
