Dog Wallpapers: Good Dogs, Great Light in 4K

Free 4K dog wallpapers. Download golden retriever portraits, running dogs and close-up fur for phone, desktop and tablet.

This collection is built around a dog caught in the middle of everything it loves, with the expression that makes you forgive anything, and that is the whole point of it. Warm, eager and impossible not to like, and the palette leans golden fur, green grass and the blue of a wide sky. The images were chosen for the way they behave at full screen rather than for the way they look as a thumbnail, which is the difference between a wallpaper that disappears behind your icons and one that still holds your attention after a week. Every file is served from our own domain in three sizes, with the author, the licence and the real pixel dimensions attached, so nothing is a surprise after you click download.

All of the files are served from our own domain, which means they load fast, they can be indexed by Google Images and Bing Images, and they stay available even if the original source moves the file.

If you want a specific look, use the filters and the tags under each section. Narrowing by colour, device or mood is faster than scrolling, and the tag pages link to every related picture so you never hit a dead end.

The images are ordered by how recently they were added rather than by popularity, which keeps the collection fresh and gives every single entry a chance to be discovered by search engines and by image browsers.

The collection currently includes, among others, Golden Retriever English cream portrait, Golden Retriever 12weeks, Wet Golden Retriever portrait.
